Directory London is an invite-only directory of people looking for housemates and spaces in London. Using it means you agree to the terms below — written in plain English, like the rest of the site.

Membership

• Membership is by invitation. Invites are personal — don't pass them to someone the inviter doesn't actually know and vouch for.
• You sign in with your own X or LinkedIn account and keep your profile honest: real name, real search, real listings.
• Who invited you is shown on your profile. Vouching cuts both ways — if someone you invited is banned for abuse, your account may be reviewed too.

Acceptable use

• Use the directory to find housemates and spaces — not for scraping, marketing, recruiting, or reselling contact details.
• Contact details are shared for housing conversations only. No spam, no harassment, no discrimination.
• Only list spaces you genuinely have the right to offer, and take listings down once they're gone.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it you let us show it to signed-in members, which is the point of the directory. Delete your account and it goes with you.

The service

The directory introduces people; it isn't a letting agent and doesn't vet listings, contracts, or payments. Meet sensibly and check everything before handing over money. The service is provided as-is, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
